Kids Coaching

Kids coaching? Yes, of course! Why wait until they are 40 and miserable? Isn't it better to give them a head start in life? Why let them develop bad habits? Isn't it better to help them develop powerful habits instead? Children who learn to manage their emotions and interact well with others can be happy from the very beginning and lead a successful and fulfilling life. Give your child the chance of a lifetime, because this is what parenting is about.

Background

Creativity, flexibility, tolerance and love are natural states of mind and our purpose is to nurture them to full blossom - Ronit Baras

Kids are born into a life of innocence and dependency. Their surroundings determine their perception of the world. Ask any parent in the world what they want for their children and they'll say "I want them to be happy". Even if they say "I want them to be good at school", keep asking and you'll eventually get to happiness. We bring our kids into the world and want to give them those things we think will make them happy.

It's very easy to know when children are unhappy. This creates immediate pressure on all the adults who care for them. However, we teach our kids Math and Literacy and emphasise academic achievement, yet most of us forget that their happiness is the ultimate aim. Fortunately, in the last 30 years or so, the world started shifting its focus towards emotional intelligence. Life Coaching is a good way to teach emotional skills to kids.

The GUOYBAS! Kids Coaching Program

GUOYBAS! teaches children to make choices and strengthen their positive attitude to life. Many kids who have gone through our program are living proof that labeling and looking for reasons for our failures will not bring us happiness. They are proof that children are wonderful and successful, no matter how much they are limited by their academic abilities, social life or family structure. They can take full control and responsibility for their own happiness and are able to reach their full potential.

GUOYBAS! Kids Coaching is a future-focused program. It is suitable for any child, whether they feel like a failure, are unhappy with themselves or others, or are highly advanced, but perhaps stressed or frustrated.

Coaching enhances their confidence and sharpens their leadership skills, creating a solid foundation for their success and happiness.

At GUOYBAS!, I have combined 20 years of experience in education and coaching into a program that is suitable for kids. I believe that all children are gifted and that our role is to activate each child's gift to enable them to reach their full potential and live a happy life. With this approach, I have taught 100's of kids from all over, individually, in small groups or in class environments. My program is good for children from the age of 10 and on-wards. I teach them the art of setting goals, the importance of communication and handling feelings and the ingredients of positive thinking for determinationpersistenceself confidence and success.

The 3+1 Program for Kids

I believe that parents are the main role models for their kids, so my program is delivered in cycles of 4 sessions. In each cycle, I spend 3 sessions with your child and 1 session with you, their parent(s). In the fourth session, I give the parents a full report of my findings and tips on coaching your child at home. Parents can choose as many cycles as they think they need.

Options for Teens

For teens, I offer the choice between the "3+1" kids' program and our complete life coaching program. As kids, teenagers are very quick to change, but because they are older, they may not want to involve their parents. I believe it is best to let them choose the most comfortable program for themselves and we are happy to work with them either way.
